Do you charge per photo or per product?

At Elena Vels Studio, our pricing structure varies based on the type of photography service you require. For ghost mannequin and e-commerce photography, we typically charge per photo. This ensures a transparent and straightforward pricing model for these types of projects. For creative commercial product photography, we generally charge per project. This approach allows us to consider the specific requirements, complexity, and creative elements involved in your project to provide you with a customized quote that accurately reflects the scope of work.
In what format are my photos delivered?

We deliver images in JPEG format in an online gallery along with a download PIN. The gallery provides options for downloading high-resolution and web-sized images. We recommend downloading both versions of the gallery to streamline your workflow and avoid the need for resizing the images for different usage purposes.
Do you ship my products back when you’re done?

The client has the option to either collect their products from our studio in Brooklyn, NY or arrange for a courier to pick them up on their behalf. If shipping is preferred, we can return the products to the client for a minimum fee of $50, which may vary based on the volume of items, provided that shipping costs are covered by the client.
